Terry Booysen will be dealing with practical perspectives around dealing with the challenges facing companies regarding the implementation of governance and will address the aspects including:
- changing dynamics and business boundaries
- common concerns related to GRC
- components required to protect and succeed
SPEAKER
Terry co-founded the CGF (Corporate Governance Framework) Research Institute who specialize in researching and producing corporate governance intellectual capital, in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
Prior to CGF, Terry served 17 years of his professional career in the SA financial services market where he fulfilled a number of senior management positions in the retail, commercial and corporate banking sectors.
